Lorenzo Da Pozzo

Two seasons in Serie C on loan have given Lorenzo Da Pozzo the bulk of his professional football so far. At Pianese in 2024/25 he played 33 matches and scored three goals, a year after a first loan at Vis Pesaro that brought a comparable return — around two dozen appearances and three goals in the 2023/24 campaign.

The route there began at USD Canaletto, an Eccellenza Liguria club near his home city of La Spezia, where he stayed until 2022. Venezia took him for their Primavera side that summer, and he made 30 appearances in the 2022/23 season with two goals and two assists. That was enough for a first professional contract, signed in August 2023.

What followed is the part of his record that stands out for what is missing from it. Across two years under contract at Venezia, Da Pozzo never made a competitive senior appearance for the club in Serie A or Serie B. The loans were the plan; the first team was somebody else's. When the contract ran out, there was no renewal.

Ravenna signed him on a free transfer on 1 August 2025, on a deal running to 30 June 2027. No fee has been paid for him at any stage of his career, the moves having been youth signings, loans or free transfers.

He is right-footed and has not been called up by Italy at any youth level.
