Bolívar is not exactly a football hotbed, and the road out of it for Manuel Panaro started at Balonpié de Bolívar, the local youth side where he first took the ball at his feet before the game ever asked anything serious of him.
His development continued at Aldosivi, a spell that ran from 2020 to 2024 and gave him the years in which a forward is meant to be shaped — the club where he stopped being a prospect from Bolívar and started being a professional footballer. It ended with an unusual detour: in January 2024, Panaro left Argentina for Qatar to join Al-Shahaniya SC, a short stint abroad before he returned to South American football.
