Marcelo Agustín Miño

Marcelo Miño made more saves than any other goalkeeper in the Torneo Apertura of the 2024/2025 season — 45 of them across nine matches. He has remained under loan arrangement at Barracas Central into 2026.

He learned the position close to home, at Atlético Guatimozín and Arias Foot Ball Club, before moving into the youth system at Rosario Central. In 2017 he won the Copa Santa Fe there. That same year he played once for Argentina's under-20 side at the World Cup, against Guinea, and kept a clean sheet in a 5–0 win.

The senior breakthrough at Rosario Central came in December 2018. The club won the Copa Argentina that season, but Miño was third choice and did not appear in the competition. In total he made nine league appearances and one in the cup.

He played 85 matches at Ferro Carril Oeste, on loan in 2021 and then permanently in 2022, when the club paid 250,000 dollars for him. He played 85 matches there in the Primera Nacional and Primera División, plus two in the Copa Argentina. Supporters voted him one of the team's best players in 2021.

Since January 2024 he has been at Barracas Central, again on loan. The save count from the Apertura is the clearest statistical marker of his time there: nine matches, 45 interventions.
