About the player
Nazareno Bazán Vera came through the Vélez Sarsfield academy and made the step up to the first team in 2017, before moving through Ecuador with Universidad Católica, Paraguay with Sportivo Luqueño, and back home to Tristán Suárez and Almirante Brown.
2024 was his busiest year on the move: spells at Paraguay's Nacional and Chile's Audax Italiano came within months of each other, before a switch to Peru's AD Tarma in 2025. He returned to Almirante Brown for the 2025–2026 campaign, but that stint proved brief. In August 2026, Bazán joined Ecuadorian club Mushuc Runa, taking the number 11 shirt.
