Oleksandr Andrievskyi

Oleksandr Andriyevskyi began his football education at the age of seven, first at the Atlet youth school in Kyiv before a spell with Dynamo Kyiv's junior ranks and a return to Atlet. His progress accelerated at Metalist Kharkiv, which he joined in 2011 and where he became a leading figure in the youth team before working into the senior side, appearing ten times in the Ukrainian Premier League between 2011 and 2015. A loan spell at Hirnyk-Sport in 2014 gave him regular football, and he scored five goals in sixteen appearances there.

In March 2015 he signed for Dynamo Kyiv on a three-and-a-half-year deal. He went on to win the Ukrainian championship with Dynamo three times, as well as the Ukrainian Cup and Super Cup. Loan spells at Chornomorets Odesa and Zorya Luhansk kept him playing regularly away from Kyiv, with three goals apiece in twenty-four and eighteen appearances respectively.

Andriyevskyi earned a single senior cap for Ukraine, coming on 10 November 2017 in a friendly against Slovakia that Ukraine won 2-1. He had previously represented the country at every youth level from under-17 to under-21, scoring twice in 21 appearances.

His time at Dynamo Kyiv ended in January 2025, when his contract was terminated and he signed for Polissya in Zhytomyr as a free agent. Polissya now rely on him as a regular in midfield, and the following campaign has been his most productive yet in front of goal, with five goals and four assists recorded so far.
