Paolo Isaías Guajardo Ibacache

Paolo Guajardo spent eight years in the Santiago Wanderers academy before being handed his first-team debut in 2021. The attacking midfielder, who can also play out wide, went on to make 54 appearances and score five goals for the club.

In February 2024, Audax Italiano signed him for a fee of around $500,000, covering 60 per cent of his economic rights. He has continued to develop at Audax Italiano and, by September 2025, had made 46 appearances with two goals for the club.

Guajardo has represented Chile at Under-20 level, scoring twice in ten appearances for the youth side. He was part of the squad at the 2023 South American U-20 Championship, playing four matches, including the group game against Bolivia on 25 January 2023, in which he was booked. He is yet to add a senior cap to his record.
