About the player
Sivert Sira Hansen produced twelve goals in sixty appearances at FK Mandalskameratene between 2021 and 2023.
IK Start took him in 2024, and it was there that the recognition arrived: Hansen was named in the 2025 OBOS-ligaen Team of the Year , the only individual honour on his record so far. There are no team trophies to go with it.
On 15 January 2026 he signed for Molde FK on a contract that runs to the end of 2029 . Neither club disclosed the fee. Transfermarkt puts the potential total at up to €1.4 million once performance bonuses are counted, which would make it a significant piece of business by Norwegian domestic standards, though the guaranteed figure has never been confirmed by either side.
He wears number 4 at Molde and plays in the centre of defence.
The international side of the story is still blank. Hansen has not been capped by Norway at senior level, and he came through without appearances for the U17, U19 or U21 sides either, and one that leaves the four-year contract as the clearest statement anyone has made about him.
