Al Wasl U23

The 2023–24 season gave Al Wasl its eighth league title and the President's Cup in the same year. Those two seasons sit either side of a long gap: five of the eight championships came between 1981–82 and 1991–92, then one in 1996–97, then nothing for a decade.

The U23 side plays in the Pro League U23, the reserve competition where the senior squad's next intake gets its league football. It has won nothing there. The results have stayed in the same band for over a year — sixth in February 2025, eighth a month later, fifth in April 2026.

Home is Zabeel Stadium in the Zabeel district of Dubai, holding 8,439. Plans exist to take it to 25,000, though the ground as it stands is closer to a training venue than a showpiece.

The yellow is the club's own.

The club that owns all of this began in 1960 as Zamalek Club. It became Al Wasl in 1974, after a merger, and by the turn of the century the federation had named it Club of the Century.
