The Long Island Rough Riders Women sit across the Metropolitan Division from Manhattan SC Women. That was settled in the club's favour in 2025, when Manhattan SC Women took the division title.

The women's team was formed in 2022 as one of the founding members of the USL W League, grafted onto a soccer club that had been running since 1997, first as a youth operation and, from 2018, with a men's side in USL League Two.

Games are played at Gaelic Park in the Bronx, with room for 2,000 spectators. There is no nickname attached to the club, and its crest keeps to the obvious reference point for a team carrying the borough's name: the Manhattan skyline.

Red and white remain the club's colours, carried over from the men's side.
