Sports Hall Boro Čurlevski holds 3,500 people. Pelister does step outside that level, entering the ABA League 2 and the FIBA Europe Cup.

The club dates to 1948. Three Yugoslav League titles are credited to Pelister, in 1975, 1989 and 1991.

Since Macedonian independence, the Macedonian Cup has been the more realistic target. Pelister has reached the final twice, in 2009 and again in 2024 — fifteen years apart, with no title to show for either appearance.

Green and white are the club colours, and the supporters go by Čkembari .
