Sirens

The Third Division has been their hunting ground above all — five titles between 1972–73 and 2013–14 — with a single Fourth Division championship in 1976–77 filling the gap between. None of it amounts to a Malta FA Trophy, which the club has never won.

Games against Mgarr United and Mellieħa carry the name Derby tal-Majjistral, the Derby of the North, and the Mellieħa fixture has its own tag, the Blue Derby, because both sides wear the same colour. Decades later, in 2023–24, Michael Mifsud — Malta's all-time leading scorer — turned out for Sirens near the end of his career, a name the small ground at St. Paul's Bay had not carried before.

The club began life in 1968 as St. Paul's Bay Football Team, founded by Joe Muscat, known locally as id-Debu. It played its first season under that name before switching to Sirens in 1970.
