«Águia Guerreira»
Twice, two seasons apart, the Tuna Luso under-20 side has stood as champion of Pará. The 2023 Campeonato Paraense Sub-20 title returned in 2025, and in between, in 2024, the youth team added the Copa Pará Sub-20 before closing out the year with a run to the semi-finals of the Copa do Brasil Sub-20, stopped there by São Paulo FC.
The junior side carries a name built by musicians rather than footballers. Portuguese immigrants in Belém formed Tuna Luso in 1903 as a choral and instrumental group, and only later, in 1915, did the club take up football.
Green and white are the colours passed down to the Sub-20 group, and home games are played at Estádio Francisco Vasques, known locally as Estádio do Souza, a ground that holds around 6,500 and stands apart from the 45,000-capacity Mangueirão where the club's biggest fixtures against Remo and Paysandu are staged. Tuna Luso has long been called the third force of Paraense football behind that pair, and the academy's recent titles have kept that standing alive at youth level even as the senior team's honours, a Série B crown in 1985 and a Série C title in 1992, belong to an earlier era.
What the age-group side has not yet done is turn a run like the 2024 Copa do Brasil Sub-20 into a national title of its own.
