SESI Multiparque, also known locally as Clube Antônio Ferreira Pacheco, hosts Guanabara City's youth sides on a complex built for community sport rather than for paying crowds. That academy grew out of a social project launched in the Jardim Guanabara district of Goiânia in 1999. The club was registered that November and stayed close to those roots until 2020, when it was restructured into a formal professional entity.

The clearest proof the project works wears an Águia crest on loan spells elsewhere: Carlos Vinícius went through the academy before playing for Tottenham, Fulham and Grêmio, and Pedro Henrique followed a similar path into the professional game.

The Under-20 side carried that reputation into 2025, reaching the final of the Campeonato Goiano Sub-20 before Trindade beat them to the title. Finishing runners-up was enough to send Guanabara City to the Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior in 2026, where they went out in the quarter-finals after eliminating Atlético-PI on penalties. Ronaldir, known to teammates as Catatau, was the leading scorer through that run.

Founded 1999, professionalised 2020, one Copinha quarter-final: three dates that trace how a neighbourhood project in Jardim Guanabara became a name in national youth football.
