Riquelme Felipe

Riquelme Felipe came through Fluminense's youth ranks after joining the academy at the age of ten, part of a generation of players born in 2007 known within the club as "Esquadrilha 07". He signed his first professional contract in April 2023 and made his professional debut for the first team in the Campeonato Carioca against Madureira in January 2025, lining up alongside fellow academy products Santi Moreno and John Kennedy.

The forward built his reputation at youth level. With Fluminense's under-17 side he won the Copa do Brasil Sub-17 in 2024, scoring in the final against São Paulo, and added the Campeonato Brasileiro Sub-17 and Campeonato Carioca Sub-17 titles in the same year. That run of form earned him a place on The Guardian's "Next Generation 2024" list of the world's best young talents born in 2007.

He was part of the Fluminense squad that won the Taça Guanabara in February 2026, though he was sent back to the club's under-20 squad that same month to get more regular minutes in the Brasileirão Sub-20.

Left-footed and used across the front line, Riquelme has yet to play for any club other than Fluminense.
