Estadio Leandro Nicéforo Alem holds 4,000 people.
The club was founded on 24 May 1925 by a group of workers from the dairy company La Serenísima, and that trade stuck to the badge.
The clearest of those returns came in 2016-17. Leandro N. Alem took the regular title that season, but Itusaingó went into the promotion play-off and beat Atlas 5-0 on aggregate, winning 3-0 away before closing it out 2-0 at home. A decade earlier, in 2006-07, the same pattern got them out of Primera D: a 3-1 aggregate win over Berazategui, built on a 2-1 away leg and a 1-0 home leg.
Jorge Piris wore the shirt through some of that period, from 2018 to 2021, arriving after spells at Cobreloa and Palestino in Chile.
