Panthers Favourites to Repeat as Stanley Cup Champions

In an anonymous poll of 13 NHL general managers by The Athletic, seven picked Florida as favourites, with Colorado, Edmonton, Montreal, Carolina and Vegas also receiving votes.

Seven of 13 NHL general managers named the Florida Panthers as favourites to win the Stanley Cup this season, according to an anonymous poll conducted by The Athletic's Pierre LeBrun.

Two votes went to the Colorado Avalanche. Edmonton, Montreal, Carolina and Vegas each received a single vote.

LeBrun surveyed 13 club executives, none of whom was permitted to vote for his own team.
