Korsin Konieczke

Corsin Konietzke came through FC St. Gallen's own academy, arriving in 2021 after starting out at FC Landquart and FC Ems, and worked his way up through the club's U16 and U18 sides before senior football opened up for him. His first taste of senior action came with FC St. Gallen II in the Promotion League in February 2023; over the following season he made 34 appearances there and scored once, leading to a professional contract running to 2028.

The step up to the first team came in a Swiss Super League match against Servette, and by the end of the 2024/25 season he had built up 23 league appearances, all without a goal to his name. His first strike for the senior side came instead in Europe, against TSC Bačka Topola in the UEFA Conference League. He added an assist in Conference League qualifying against FC Sheriff at the start of the 2026/27 campaign, alongside a handful of further league appearances.

Konietzke has also been a regular fixture in Switzerland's youth setup, moving up through the U16, U17, U18, U19 and U21 age groups and scoring at both U18 and U21 level. Silverware has already come his way at club level too: he was part of the FC St. Gallen squad that won the Swiss Cup in the 2025/26 season.
