About the player
Din Ramić only made his first Swiss Super League appearance in May 2026, coming off the bench in a 2–1 win over Grasshopper Club Zürich. Born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, he holds dual citizenship with Switzerland and moved through the youth ranks at SC Steinhausen, Zug 94, SC Kriens and FC Luzern before FC Zürich brought him in.
He was promoted to the first-team picture in August 2025, and while he still turns out for FC Zürich II in the Promotion League, the step up to senior football has begun. At 187 centimetres and right-footed, he plays as a centre-forward and has taken the unusual number 49 on his back.
On the international stage, Ramić has chosen to represent Bosnia and Herzegovina rather than Switzerland. He has been a regular scorer at U17 level, with five goals in eleven caps, including one in a 3–1 friendly win over North Macedonia U17 in February 2025. He has since moved up to the U19 side, featuring in Euro U19 qualifying matches against North Macedonia and Georgia, though he is yet to find the net at that level. A senior call-up for Bosnia and Herzegovina has not yet come.
