Willean Bernardo Willemen

Willean Bernardo Willemen, known as Willean Lepo, made his professional debut with Macaé Esporte in 2016, having previously played for Americano FC and Associação Desportiva Cabofriense. A loan move to Bahia in 2018 initially placed him with the under-23 squad, and he signed permanently with the club the following year, scoring once in eight league appearances before a loan to Grêmio Novorizontino reshaped his career.

That move to Novorizontino, made permanent in 2021, turned into the longest and most productive spell of his career. He became a regular starter, made 119 league appearances and scored once, and was a key figure as the club won the Campeonato Brasileiro Série C in 2020 and the Série B in 2022. Across all competitions he made 148 appearances for the club. His form there also earned him the Craque do Interior award at the end of the 2024 Campeonato Paulista.

In April 2024 he signed a three-year deal with Vitória, making 28 league appearances before a loan to Goiás in 2025, where he made 42 appearances, scored once and won the Campeonato Goiano. That year also brought interest from Cypriot side APOEL, whose offer of around R$4 million he turned down in August 2025 to stay with Goiás. In 2026 he moved to Criciúma on loan, where he has made 14 appearances so far. He has not been capped for Brazil at senior level.
