Encarnación

Founded on 28 February 2023, it exists because a city team, not yet a club in its own right, won the Torneo Nacional de Interligas in the 2022–23 season and with that victory earned Encarnación a place in the División Intermedia, Paraguay's second tier.

It took the field for the first time in the 2024 season. In 2025 the team finished 11th.

The shirt carries white, red and blue, a combination read locally as a nod to the Paraguay national team and to the city's own coat of arms, and it earned the side its nickname, Albirroja Encarnacena — white and red, of Encarnación.

Home games are played at Estadio Villa Alegre, a 16,000-capacity ground the club shares with the city's other football sides rather than holding for itself alone.
