Promotion has come twice for Follo HK Damer, and both times through the same route: the 1. divisjon title, first in the 2020/21 season, then again in 2022/23. Neither run has yet translated into a foothold at the top: in the 2025/26 REMA 1000-ligaen the team finished 10th.
The club grew out of Follo's men's section as a women's team in its own right in 2007, based in Ski and known to supporters as Follojentene — the Follo girls. Its matches are played in Langhus.
Stil Arena, formerly known as FolloTrykk Arena, holds 2,500 spectators.
