Juan Ignacio Martín Nardoni

Juan Nardoni made his name at Racing Club, where a move from Unión de Santa Fe in January 2023 saw him win the Supercopa Internacional, the Copa Sudamericana and the Recopa Sudamericana. Over 126 appearances for Racing he scored five goals and set up seven more, and his form during the 2024 Copa Sudamericana campaign earned him a place in the competition's Ideal Team.

Nardoni is from Nelson, in Santa Fe province, and came through Boca de Nelson and FBC Libertad before Corinthians Santa Fe took him on until 2015. Unión de Santa Fe's academy signed him afterwards, and he broke into the first team, debuting on 31 August 2019. He stayed until January 2023, making around 79 appearances and scoring once before Racing came in for him.

Grêmio announced his signing from Racing Club on 6 February 2026, in a deal worth up to $10 million for 80% of his economic rights, with Unión de Santa Fe holding on to a 10% sell-on clause for any future transfer above $6 million. He has made 25 appearances for Grêmio so far, scoring one goal.

On the international stage, Nardoni has been part of Argentina's youth setup since a call-up to the under-15s in 2017, and featured six times for the under-23 side at the 2024 Pre-Olympic Tournament. He received his first call-up to the senior national team in May 2025.
