Jhonatan Luiz da Siqueira

In January 2019, Jhonatan was named the Primeira Liga's Goalkeeper of the Month — the peak of a two-year spell at Moreirense that had begun when he left Brazil in July 2017 on a two-year contract. He made 59 league appearances for the club, and that form earned him a move to Vitória SC in July 2019.

He played once for the first team at Guimarães, then spent two seasons with the B side, where he added two appearances. He returned to the first team through a loan to Rio Ave in July 2021. There he played 34 league matches and won the Liga Portugal 2 title in 2021–22, taking the club up to the Primeira Liga. Rio Ave made the deal permanent in July 2022, and he stayed until 2025, playing another 66 league games.

He stayed seven years and collected the Campeonato Catarinense and the Campeonato Brasileiro Série C in 2011, the Copa Santa Catarina in 2013 and the Série B title in 2014. A 2015 loan to Operário Ferroviário brought 17 appearances and the Campeonato Paranaense.

He signed for Pakhtakor in January 2025 and won the Uzbekistan Cup that year, with the final settled 1–0 against Bukhara. His contract expired and he left as a free agent in January 2026, joining Athletic Club the following month.
