FarDu

The team traces back to a university side, put together with backing from Baxodirjon Shermuhammadov, rector of Fergana State University, who threw his support behind the project in 2021. What grew out of that was Fargʻona davlat universiteti futbol klubi, playing under the university's colours in the Fergana regional championship. A third-place finish in the qualifying tournament opened the door to the First League, where FarDu placed third in the 2024 play-offs and earned promotion to the Pro League. It was only then, in 2024, that the club took formal shape as a professional outfit.

Shavkat Yusupov has run the team since 2025, the season FarDu stepped into the Pro League proper. Home games are played at FarDU stadioni, a compact ground in Fergana holding just over 3,000. Local rivalries carry weight here: derby day against Neftchi Fergana is billed as the Fergana derby, and matches with Yaypan Fergana go by the Vodiy derby — the valley derby.

FarDu sit eighth in the Uzbekistan Pro League in the 2026 season.
