Ilidza

The volleyball club built in Ilidža has run on two parallel lines that only share a hall. The women's side, ŽOK Igman Ilidža, has been playing since 1979 and marked forty-five years in the sport in 2024. The men's team, OK Igman Istočna Ilidža, took a break at one point and restarted with former Igman players among those who brought it back, before it was formally registered in August 2023.

Both train and play at the Sabit Hadžić sports hall, which holds 800 for a match, close to a thousand when it is set up for something other than sport.

The women's team plays in the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the men in the second-tier Superliga of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The 2023/24 season was the one that mattered: third place in the league and the Cup of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a run that sent Igman into the CEV Challenge Cup. In Turkey, in a group under the Balkan Volleyball Association, they beat Kosovo's KV Drita 3-0 for the club's first win in European competition, finishing the group with a bronze medal.

The Volleyball Federation of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent its congratulations for the season, a small marker of how far the run had carried a club that, on the men's side, had needed rebuilding by its own former players before it could take the court again.
