The men's team, run under the name Birlik Akademisi, plays out of the Karapınar Atatürk Sports Hall, a 500-seat hall.

It did not take long to move up. In March 2024 the Leopards won play-off matches in Osmaniye and Karaman to secure promotion from the 2. Lig, having already finished second in their group and qualified for the play-offs. Along the way they beat Fenerbahçe Medicana 3-1 in league play.

The roster reflects the club's approach: young, and built around developing players from the area. Ahmet Kaan Durmaz, a 1.95m attacker who arrived from Depşaş Enerji for the 2025-26 season, is one of the players the club has leaned on to raise its level a notch at a time.
