Bochnia Women

The women's basketball section grew out of that structure in the spring of 1999, with Witold Jodłowski taking charge alongside Krzysztof Kieroński.

The breakthrough came under Małgorzata Misiuk, a former national-team player who had taken over as coach in 2019: she steered the club to its first promotion to the 1. Liga Koszykówki Kobiet, and in the 2022/2023 season Bochnia took bronze in that division, a result that eventually opened the door to the top flight. Misiuk left for Widzew Łódź after the following season, handing the team to Artur Włodarczyk.

Anna Krawiec has been the closest thing the club has to a constant, having passed 100 appearances in the 1st League. Games are played at the Władysław Stawiarski hall on ulica Księcia Józefa Poniatowskiego with room for 698 people split between fixed seats and retractable benches.

The club carries no fan nickname of its own beyond the generic "Koszykarki" used in local coverage, and its white, blue and red colours simply repeat those of the municipal sports centre it belongs to. Alongside the senior side, MOSiR Bochnia runs age-group teams from under-11 to under-15. Bochnia is now set to play in the Energa Basket Liga Women for the 2025/2026 season, its first appearance in the Polish top flight.
