Drina

The one title Drina's basketball players can point to was won before the club was founded. In 1959 the basketball section of the Partizan sports society in Zvornik won the youth championship of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It then finished third in the Yugoslav youth competition in Belgrade. The town had played the game since the mid-1950s, all of it under Partizan's roof. The independent club followed in 1960.

Drina spent its first two decades in the Republic League. From 1976 it played in the Second Federal League, and in 1985 it moved up to the First "B" Federal League. The Sportska dvorana, a hall of 1,809 seats, opened in 1981, five years into the Second Federal League spell. The club still plays there.

Drina now plays in the First League of Republika Srpska. Its best result there came in 2021, when it reached the final against Radnik BN basket. The series went the full five games and Drina lost it 3-2. The club has also reached the semi-finals of the Cup of Republika Srpska. It has not won the league.
