The Postsporthalle in Vienna's Döbling district seats only 1,000. Vienna United Women fill it against Vienna Timberwolves Women in what the league calls the Wiener Derby.

The club under this name dates to 2018, when 37 teams from Post SV Wien, Sportunion Döbling and Vienna87 merged into a single structure.

What the club states about its own selection policy is unusual for a side with this record: no paid players, the roster built entirely from players developed inside the club. That policy sat behind a run of fourteen straight Austrian league titles from 2007 to 2018, alongside eleven Chevrolet-CUP wins in the same stretch, a period during which Vienna United, still under its Post SV and Flying Foxes identities for part of it, went essentially unbeaten domestically.

The Flying Foxes name still circulates around Postsporthalle even though it never became the club's official title after 2018, a leftover from the years when Post SV's women wore it. Yellow and blue remain the colours tying the current side to that earlier team.

Fourteen.
