Reid and Wardell Seal Crusaders Win Over Bangor
Crusaders took all three points against Bangor in the Northern Ireland Premier League, winning 2-1 on Saturday. A. Reid opened the scoring in the 16th minute, and O. Wardell added a late strike in the 84th minute to see the hosts through.
Bangor pulled one back through B. Arthurs in the 68th minute, but Crusaders held firm despite a flurry of late substitutions. The visitors brought on I. Hughes, T. Mulvenna and H. Lynch in the 87th minute, but could not find an equaliser.
