About the player
Älvali Lindström came through Skuttunge SK before her move to Gamla Upsala SK in September 2022, where she made her senior Elitettan debut at the age of 15. In January 2024, she joined IK Uppsala, and she scored 36 goals in 19 matches as the club's U17 side won the Swedish championship in 2023, then added the Gothia Cup with them the following year. IK Uppsala rewarded her with her first senior contract in 2024, and she played her part in the club's promotion to the Damallsvenskan.
She carried that form into the top flight. In the first half of the 2026 Damallsvenskan season she scored five goals and set up another in eleven appearances for IK Uppsala, form that took her to Malmö FF in July 2026 on a contract running to the summer of 2030, with the fee undisclosed. She finished the 2026 Damallsvenskan campaign as joint top scorer with nine goals.
Lindström has also featured for Sweden at youth international level, having been called up to a national training camp in 2021.
