Corey Kofi Cheremeh Addai

A goalkeeper's goal is how many people first heard of Corey Addai. In 2018, on loan at Dulwich Hamlet from Coventry City, he scored from a free-kick of about 90 metres against Brentwood Town.

He had spent seven years in Arsenal's youth system, from 2007 to 2014, before moving to Coventry. He signed his first professional contract there in 2016. He was sent out to Hendon, Dulwich Hamlet, AFC Telford United and Redditch United. He left Coventry by mutual consent in January 2020.

Barnsley took him on after a trial in September 2020, and he made two loan appearances for Chesterfield that season before being released. A year later he went abroad to Esbjerg fB in Denmark and played four league matches.

Crawley Town signed him in July 2022, and he stayed for two seasons and 71 appearances. He was in the squad that won the League Two play-offs in 2024, which took Crawley up to League One. In the same summer of 2022 he completed his switch of international allegiance to Jamaica, whom he can represent through his mother. He played for them in a May 2022 friendly against Catalonia.

On 27 June 2024 he joined Stockport County on a three-year contract with an option of a further year. He has made 50 appearances for the club, and in the 2025–26 season Stockport reached the EFL Trophy final. In July 2026 he went to Burton Albion on loan for the 2026–27 season and has played seven times for them.
