Kyran Aiden Lofthouse

Kyran Lofthouse first made himself known in senior football at Woking, where a penalty shoot-out in the FA Trophy stood out from a season on loan from Oxford United. He made 36 appearances and scored once in that 2020–21 spell, and the club then signed him permanently on a free transfer in July 2021.

Oxford, where he began in the youth ranks and signed a professional contract in 2019, had already sent him out to Oxford City. There he played 15 games and scored three goals in 2019–20.

At Woking the step from loanee to regular was recognised: he was named Young Player of the Year for 2021–22.

Barnsley sent him out on loan in the same 2023–24 season, first to Gateshead, where he made 13 appearances and scored once, then to Milton Keynes Dons. At MK Dons he played 21 times and again scored once.

The following season Barnsley loaned him to Burton Albion , and the arrangement became permanent in July 2025 for an undisclosed fee.

He is right-footed and has not been capped by England at any level.
