About the player
Miller came up through Bury's academy, joining in April 2014, and made his senior debut for the club in League One in February 2016, coming off the bench in a defeat to Barnsley. He scored his first senior goal against Northampton Town that October and went on to make 29 league appearances for Bury before a move to Middlesbrough in July 2017.
A return loan to Bury in 2018 brought eight goals in 19 appearances and the PFA League One Fans' Player of the Month award for February that year, and he followed it with a productive stint at Bradford City, where he was named EFL Young Player of the Month. Barnsley paid £200,000 for him in January 2019, with spells at Scunthorpe United and Walsall, the latter yielding 12 goals in 47 appearances.
A free transfer took him to Doncaster Rovers in June 2022, where he scored 11 goals in 36 league appearances before joining Cheltenham Town in August 2024. Cheltenham rewarded that form with a contract extension in May 2026.
Miller has not represented England at any youth or senior level.
