About the player
Julius Beck was 16 when he made his Danish Superliga debut for SønderjyskE on 9 May 2021. That made him the youngest player in the club's history and the third-youngest in the league's. He had already scored his first senior goal that January, in a friendly against AC Horsens.
His path back to Danish football ran through loans. In 2023–24 he was at AGF, where he played seven league games and one cup match. The following season he went to Esbjerg fB, and that spell was more productive: three goals in 19 league appearances. Esbjerg made the move permanent in February 2025.
That summer, on 30 May, Beck signed for SK Sturm Graz in Austria. In 2026 he moved on to IF Elfsborg in Sweden on loan, with a purchase option attached.
He played 12 times for the under-17s, scoring once, and eight times for the under-18s. His most recent call-ups have come with the under-20s, for whom he has four caps and a goal. At the 2025 Maurice Revello Tournament he was one of the team's top scorers.
Beck is a right-footed midfielder who has changed clubs and countries repeatedly.
