About the player
Larissa Mühlhaus scored in a 5-0 World Cup qualifying win over Slovenia on her senior debut for Germany in March 2026. Born in Hamburg, she started out at FC St. Pauli before moving across the city to Hamburger SV's academy, where she broke into the senior side in 2020. Across four seasons there she scored 54 goals in 70 league appearances, and in 2023/24 finished as the 2. Frauen-Bundesliga's top scorer with 20 goals.
That scoring record earned her a move to SV Werder Bremen in the summer of 2024, where she continued at the same rate: 26 goals in 47 league games, capped by finishing as the Frauen-Bundesliga's top scorer in the 2025/26 season with 17 goals. Eintracht Frankfurt moved for her on a free transfer once her Werder Bremen contract expired, signing her until June 2029. She has made two appearances for her new club so far.
Mühlhaus worked her way up through Germany's youth ranks, collecting four caps at U19 level and ten at U23, with four goals at the latter. She has since gone on to win four caps for the national team.
