Nikola Storm

Nikola Storm's story at KV Mechelen is one of quiet accumulation rather than a single defining moment: over seven seasons the winger made 237 official appearances and scored 52 goals, enough to leave him the club's eighth most-capped player of all time. He arrived at Mechelen in the summer of 2018 after Club Brugge, where he had come through the academy and made his professional debut in December 2013, decided to let him go following loan spells at Zulte Waregem and OH Leuven. At Leuven in particular he found a scoring touch, contributing nine goals in 47 league appearances.

The Mechelen years brought the club's promotion in his first season, when the Belgian First Division B title took them back to the top flight, and a Belgian Cup triumph the same season, in which Storm scored the opening goal in a 2–1 win over Genk.

Storm left Belgium for Antalyaspor in August 2025, signing a two-year contract for an undisclosed fee. He marked his new club's history in March 2026 by scoring Antalyaspor's 1,200th goal in Süper Lig competition. Predominantly right-footed despite operating on the left flank, he had also represented Belgium at every youth level from Under-16 to Under-19, collecting five caps at Under-19, and received a senior call-up in March 2022 without making an appearance for the national team.
