O. Camara

Oumar Camara arrived at Vitória de Guimarães in the summer of 2025 as a free agent from the Paris Saint-Germain academy, signing a four-year contract. At PSG he had made his name with the youth sides, playing 64 matches for the U-17 and U-19 teams and scoring 21 goals, and he captained the U-19 side to the league title before leaving the club. Before that, his path ran through the youth ranks of Olympique de Pantin and FC 93 Bobigny-Bagnolet-Gagny, before Paris Saint-Germain brought him into its academy in 2020.

His first season in Portugal established him at senior level. Camara made 42 appearances across all competitions for Vitória de Guimarães in 2025/26, scoring six goals and adding two assists, and finished as the club's top scorer in the Primeira Liga with five of those goals. He also featured in the Taça da Liga, scoring once in three appearances as Vitória beat Sporting Braga 2-1 in the final. In the league itself, the club finished ninth, while the Taça de Portugal campaign ended in the fourth round against Moreirense.

A forward capable of playing on the wing, Camara is right-footed and has represented France at youth level, with seven caps and a goal for the under-17s followed by three appearances for the under-18s. He has yet to add senior international recognition to that record. His form in Guimarães has already been reflected in the transfer market, where his value was put at €8 million by the autumn of 2026, a little over a year after he left Paris as a free agent.
