Arena Stožice seats 12,480 for basketball, and Cedevita Olimpija still shifts some fixtures to the old Tivoli Hall.
The club in its current form dates only to 8 July 2019, when KK Olimpija of Ljubljana merged with KK Cedevita of Zagreb. Olimpija's own line runs back to 1946, through several renamings; Cedevita was a Zagreb club founded in 1991. The merger explains the colours: green from one side, orange from the other, white added between them.
Goran Dragić came through the Ljubljana side before his NBA career, and the club has retired three numbers — 13 for Ivo Daneu, 12 for Marko Milič, 10 for Dušan Hauptman.
