When Amanda Allen signed for Orlando Pride in April 2023, she became the youngest player in the club's history at the point of both her signing and her debut. She was 18, having started at four with North Mississauga SC and Woodbridge Strikers.

The season before the move, she scored 10 goals in 14 games for the NDC Ontario academy side in League1 Ontario, won the league play-offs, and was named to the competition's Third All-Star Team and the U18 All-Star Team. Orlando gave her a debut on 6 May 2023, but the minutes stayed scarce: 11 NWSL appearances, no goals, one assist. She was part of the squad that won the NWSL Shield in 2024.

A loan to Lexington SC of the USL Super League in September 2024 was meant to change that. On 21 November she tore the labrum in her right shoulder during a match, needed surgery, and her season was over. The loan was ended early.

She came back in 2025 with Halifax Tides FC of the Northern Super League, playing 11 games and scoring once. On 26 December 2025 she joined Boston Legacy FC as a free agent on a two-year deal with an option, and took the number 7. Through June 2026 she had six appearances and no goals.

Her record with Canada's youth teams is the fuller one. She took bronze at the 2022 CONCACAF U17 championship, scoring in the third-place match against Puerto Rico, then played three games at the U17 World Cup. Bronze followed at the 2023 CONCACAF U20 championship, where she scored twice, and she was at the 2024 U20 World Cup, where Canada went out to Spain in the last 16. Her one senior cap came on 11 November 2022, on as a substitute against Brazil.
