About the player
In 2022 Karich was named West Coast Conference Freshman of the Year and made the all-conference team as Santa Clara won the WCC regular season. A year later the conference named her its Defender of the Year, and she made the all-conference selection again. Across those two college seasons she scored twice and set up ten more.
She was called into United States U-17 training camps in 2019 and 2020. In 2022 she joined the U-20 squad for the FIFA U-20 World Cup as a replacement for the injured Sally Menti, and played one match.
In November 2023, still a college player, Karich signed with SC Freiburg of the Frauen-Bundesliga as a free agent and debuted the following January. She spent two years in Germany without a goal or an assist, then moved on loan to Club América in Liga MX Femenil for 2025, again without a goal.
On 2 July 2025 she signed with Boston Legacy FC , joining the NWSL expansion side as a free agent. In the 2026 season she started 21 matches. She did not score any goals or provide any assists in the professional game.
