Twenty December 2025, against Partizan: Andrej Milanović's first appearance in the SuperLiga ended with him scoring the only goal of the match. IMT Novi Beograd won 1–0.
The centre-back had arrived in the senior side by the ordinary route — through the club's own academy. Before that he had started out at Kosmet in Leposavić, then moved to Ole in Belgrade, and from there into the IMT youth system. Through the 2025/26 season he was still turning out for the kadetska ekipa and for Traktorist while the first-team call came closer.
It came first in the cup. Milanović made his senior debut in the Serbian Cup Round of 16 against Radnik Surdulica, and the league debut followed. By early 2026 his senior record read two league appearances with one goal, and two in the cup.
He is eligible for Serbia and has played for the country at youth level, in the under-18 and under-19 squads, with appearances in qualifying for the 2027 UEFA U19 European Championship. No individual honours are recorded against his name so far.
Because he came up through the IMT academy, his promotion to the senior squad carried no transfer fee. He was born in Kosovska Mitrovica.
