About the player
Kadir Gicic left FK Partizan at 16. In July 2023 he joined FK Teleoptik, going into their U17 squad in the Kadetska Liga Srbije. A year later he moved again, this time to IMT Novi Beograd on a free transfer, and the step up came quickly: he made his senior debut in the 2024/25 SuperLiga season.
The Partizan years had been long ones. Gicic came through the club's youth system and stayed until 2023, working through the U15 and U16 sides. During the 2022/23 season he was part of the Serbia U17 national team setup.
At IMT he kept squad number 12 for the 2025/26 season. In the winter window of January 2026 he was loaned to FK Usce Novi Beograd in the Serbian First League, under a cooperation agreement between the two clubs. His market value was put at roughly €529,700–€554,100 in early 2026.
He is from Novi Pazar , in south-western Serbia, a long way from the Belgrade clubs where his career has since been spent. No senior appearance figures survive from his time at Teleoptik; the records treat IMT as the start of his senior career proper.
