Luiz Humberto da Silva Silva

Known throughout his career as Beto da Silva, he began in youth football in Brazil, at Internacional and Grêmio. At Sporting Cristal he came through the youth setup into the first team and won the Torneo Descentralizado in 2014, a season of 14 appearances and two goals.

PSV Eindhoven signed him on a free transfer in January 2016, and he spent the 2016–17 season with Jong PSV in the Eerste Divisie. He went back to Brazil, again on a free, to Grêmio. He was part of the squad that won the Copa Libertadores in 2017 without appearing in the final, and the Spanish newspaper AS named him one of the "talents to follow" in that edition of the tournament. Tigres UANL signed him in September 2018 and sent him to Deportivo La Coruña in Spain, where he played until January 2020.

Peru handed him a senior debut on 24 May 2016, in a friendly against Trinidad and Tobago that finished 4–0. According to 11v11, he has won eight caps and scored once, in a friendly; his appearances take in the Copa América Centenario in 2016 as well as World Cup qualifiers and friendlies against Argentina, Chile, Iceland and Paraguay.

He has spent almost entirely in Peru, at Alianza Lima, César Vallejo and FBC Melgar, with a loan at ADT and a spell at Cienciano before the move to Deportivo Garcilaso.
