Lautaro Vazquez came through Nacional's youth academy before leaving the capital to get regular football, joining Cerro Largo on loan in 2025 and making 12 league appearances there as a right-back. That spell established him enough to earn a second loan move this year, this time to Boston River, where he has featured in eight or nine league matches alongside four in the Copa de la Liga AUF and two in the Copa Sudamericana.
