About the player
Lucas Barbosa made his professional debut at Santos in 2021, then spent time away from the club on loan, first at Coritiba and then at Juventude. It was at Juventude, in 2024, that he had his breakthrough season, appearing 56 times and scoring 14 goals.
That form took him to RB Bragantino in January 2025, in a deal worth around sixteen million reais. He wasted little time making an impression in his new colours: in the 2025 Copa do Brasil, he scored the first hat-trick of his career as Bragantino thrashed Criciúma 6-0.
He has also featured for the club in the Copa Sudamericana, providing an assist in the match against Sporting Cristal.
