Adelaide Victory

The 2018 title in FFSA State League 2 was the one that moved the club up a division, and it was not the first time the trophy had come to this group of players.

The rebrand came in 2015. Dropping the district name for Adelaide Victory FC was a bid to draw in the wider city rather than one corner of it, and the club has carried navy blue and red since — a navy shirt cut through with red stripes.

Rushworth Reserve in Blair Athol holds 3,000, which is enough for the level and not much more.

The club's own name lasted nine years. In 2024 Adelaide Victory merged with Adelaide Atletico VSC, a club founded only in 2020, and it was the newer name and the newer side's league position that survived the deal. The merged club plays on as Adelaide Atletico VSC in South Australia State League 1.

Before any of that, in 2011, the under-15s took the FFSA Cup — the first thing the club won under any name.

The fixture that carries most weight is against Eastern United FC. It is a geography argument as much as a football one: both clubs claim the eastern suburbs.
