Nobody in Copenhagen has given B.93's women a derby of their own. The name "Copenhagen Derby" belongs to Brøndby and FC Copenhagen, so the matches against local sides such as Sundby BK are just fixtures.

It began in 1893 as a cricket club, Cricketklubben af 1893, and added football only in 1896. The men's side went on to win nine Danish championships between 1916 and 1946. The star on the badge, redrawn in January 2020, stands for those nine titles. The women's team has no such shelf to point at.

As B.93/Ryparken, a joint side, it played in the top division, the Elitedivisionen, in 2014–15. It went down at the end of that season and went down again after 2018–19. In 2026–27 it plays in the B-Liga, the second tier, at Østerbro Stadion, which holds around 6,000 people, though only a small part of that is seated.

The names that come up most for the women's team are youth internationals. Mille Bech represented Denmark at under-16, under-17, under-19 and under-23 level.
