The first came in 2011–12, and the pattern since has been long runs broken only twice: four in a row to 2014–15, then a second place in 2016–17, then three more, then another runners-up finish in 2020–21. Since 2021–22 nobody has taken the trophy off them, and the 2025–26 title made it five straight.
The club that won those first four was not called Bam Khatoon. The name arrived in 2021, when the takeover of Shahrdari Bam gave the side a new identity while the football carried on where it had left off — one runners-up season, then the current sequence.
Home is Fajr Stadium in Bam.
The titles have carried Bam Khatoon into the AFC Women's Champions League, where they represent Iran on the continental stage.
