The Estádio Moisés Lucarelli sits in Campinas, a ground the locals call the Majestoso and one both first team and academy sides call home. It opened on 12 September 1948 with room for 35,000; renovation in 2005 and modern safety limits brought that down to 17,728.

The club those younger sides feed into dates to 11 August 1900, the second-oldest football club still active in Brazil and the oldest in the state of São Paulo.

The academy's best run came in the early 1980s: Paulista Sub-20 titles in 1978, 1982 and 1983, with the same generation also lifting the Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior in 1981 and 1982. A Sub-17 title followed in 2017, the year Emerson Royal broke into the first team after joining the youth setup two seasons earlier.

Other names carried further. Oscar came through the base and went on to three World Cups, in 1978, 1982 and 1986.
